Refund Policy

Our policy is 30 days long. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it in order to qualify for a refund. It must be in the original packaging as well.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards To return a product: we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons, not due to our error or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return has been made and checked, we will send you an email notifying you that your returned product has been processed. We will also inform you that your refund will be accepted or denied.
If you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be added automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of the day.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If a refund has not yet been received, check your bank account again first.
So contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued. When all of this has been completed and you have not yet obtained your refund, please contact our mail id: contact@barncomart.com

Promotional goods (if applicable) Only regular priced products can be reimbursed, sale items can sadly not be reimbursed.

Gifts You can receive a gift credit for the price of your refund if the product was labeled as a gift when bought and shipped directly to you. When you receive the returned object, you will receive a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to give you later, we will send the gift-giver a refund and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your product for your own shipping. The shipping costs can not be reimbursed. When you receive a refund, the return shipping price will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the amount of time it may take to reach you for your returned item will vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you ship an item over $75. We don’t guarantee we’ll get your returned item.
